Ohhhh its almost time...

Its almost time for this momma to head back to work and I am not sure that I am ready for it. Actually I know I am not ready for it. Every year at the end of the school year I say...I'm going to come in and re-organize my room and put everything in its proper place so I am not wondering where everything is....and this is yet another year that I did not do that. I did however get to stay in the very same classroom as I as in last year--YAY! But I also did rearrange my classroom which is just like moving :) I am not ready to leave my kids. I have so enjoyed being home with them and getting to watch Cohl turn into the cute little toddler that he is. I was thankful to be here when he took his first step and then continued on into his cute little walk. I've enjoyed getting to teach Jyllian how to write her letters and recognize them in words, and enjoyed watching her become a great BIG sister who adores her brother. I've enjoyed being home when Justin gets off work, on his days off and before he goes to work. I've enjoyed getting some sunshine and going to the pool. Sleeping in has been great too!!! I am just no ready to go back. But regardless of what I am ready for it is coming up and quickly. Three weeks from tomorrow I will be back to school. My kids will be a new daycare yet again this year. We are really excited about this though as they will be across the street from our house and it will be a lot cheaper! Two HUGE Yays :) I'm nervous on how my littlest boy will do...he is very much a momma's boy. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that everything will be okay.
BUT until the 18th of August I am going to enjoy every second I have of being a "stay at home mommy!" We have a lot planned actually as we have all summer long. I think that is part of the reason that its gone by so quickly. We've been busy. But in the upcoming weeks we have a wedding that Jyllian is in and is super excited about, and hopefully a camping trip at the lake with our friends Adrienne, Joe and Breken. That leaves one weekend...this coming weekend that we have free and I hope that we do absolutely NOTHING :)
I have some pictures to put on here and I hope to get that done this week. Cohl got his first haircut and it turned out sooo cute. I can't wait for you to see. So check back in soon and I should have them posted. But this post tonight is picture-less! I know that never happens...but it will get you to check back in soon :)

To the Dr we go...

We took Cohl to the Urologist today for his year check-up. As mentioned in previous post he had an UTI last week and we were really hoping that the VUR that he has had fixed itself. Obviously since he had a UTI it had not fixed itself yet but the tests just confirmed that. Poor little guy had to have a ultrasound that by listening to him you would have thought it was the most painful thing ever and the end of the world was fastly approaching, and that wasn't even the worse of the two tests he needed. He finished that one and had to have the VCUG where they insert a catheter and then insert dye into his bladder to watch to see if it refluxes into the kidneys (which it did). But the Dr let him have a bottle during this and he was much calmer. I felt so bad for him. But the appt went well, he does stil have the reflux and he changed his daily antibiotic and we will see him again in month and then probably 6 months after that. We go to our regular Dr next week to have them re-run the urinalysis to make sure his UTI has gone away. Hopefully so. It was super scary with those high temps!!! So that is the newest info on our little boy.
In much happier news he is really cruising around with walking. He is able to stand up and squat down and back up again several times. He is already weight training :) He is talking up a storm and we love it. There are times that we think will he ever be quiet :) but its cute. He has quite the personality! And we are shocked at how early sibling rivelery starts. They can be so mean to each other but yet love each other so much. Its cute! I'm sure we will have plenty of pictures of them to come! Oh yea we got family photos taken and they turned out adorable. I will some of those later!

Jackson Hole

All I have to say is Wow it is BEAUTIFUL in Jackson! I haven't been since I was in the 5th grade so that made me what 11 years old? So its been awhile since I've been there. Its changed a lot since then, or maybe its just that I have changed a lot since then and don't remember a lot of it?!?!?! Not sure which but probably a little of both. So on Sunday 5 of us from the school set out for Jackson Hole. Our poor principal with 4 girls :) but I think he enjoyed it. I know I enjoyed it. It was hard being away from the kids and Justin. Jyllian made me cry a few times but all in all I think they did great at home with their daddy and I did well being away from them. By Wednesday I will admit that I was more than ready to be home. I think we all were. We did a lot of fun things like go to a play--the Jackson Hole Playhouse was doing Grease which is one of my favorites and they did AWESOME! I don't think I stopped smiling the entire time I was there. It was super good. We also took the chairlift up to the top of SnowKing Mtn and we were able to get some great pictures. We shopped a lot, and ate some really good food. It was just fun. So I will leave you with pictures so you can see for yourself just how beautiful it was...

The only thing missing was my family! But we plan to do it one summer and then go to Yellowstone which is only 43 miles away!!!! I'm looking forward to it. By the way the Conference was okay too :)
